Arcamedia's founder Adam Halem, is also an architect with a Masters of Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His training has given him an interesting mix of technical and artistic knowledge. Because of this knowledge and experience in the profession, Arcamedia has been able to work on projects for many Architectural firms. To aid in the completion of several of these projects Arcamedia created a standard interface to use for the simple conversion of a wood model into a series of videos, virtual reality files, and images that are controlled by one multi-platform interface. The example on this page utilized a model of a church complex that was converted to both video and VR for better client viewing remotely where the shipping of a large and expensive model may not be possible. Click this link to see an example Quicktime VR of the church (note: file is 1.0 meg).
